The company presently produces 1100kV and various voltage classes
under 1100kV polymeric insulators. The products first passed the
whole project test according to the latest standard GB/T19519-2004
"nominal voltage higher than 1000V AC overhead line polymeric
insulators—definition, test method and acceptance criteria ",also
IEC ANSI Standards and the test is done by the National Detection
Center of Wuhan High Voltage Research Institute. Their mechanical
performance and electrical performance surpass the national
standards. And we can OEM all the brands as required by the client.
The products have not only the good performance of the normal
polymeric insulators, but also the following features:
●The technique of whole pressure injection is used for sheds and
housing of silicon rubber composite insulator and has solved key
problem of the influence reliability of polymeric
insulators—interface electrical breakdown.
●Their mechanical strength is high. Epoxy glass fiber FRP rod
bearing the internal load uses the ECR acid resistant core bar and
has stronger anti-corrosive performance.
●The homemade unique three-step waterproof sealing technology and
imported crossing linker have been used to fundamentally solve the
problem of unsatisfactory sealing function at the ends of polymeric
insulators and the internal insulation being moistened.
●The thickness of sheds and housing of silicone rubber is as twice
as the requirement of the national standard and the material is
chosen seriously. The capability of electrical erosion resistance
of insulator is high. The leakage current trace of sheds and
housing material reaches class TMA4.5. And it has better
performance of aging resistance and corrosion resistance.
4.5t~12t special guy polymeric insulators, developed and produced
by the company, have solved the problem of porcelain insulators’
low tensile strength and the sheds being easily broken. It also
ends the hurting people accidents of guy line from high and low
energized voltage line.
